What is the Minimum Viable Product for a coach?

The term Minimum Viable Product is the smallest complete product that your client requires to have a completely successful coaching experience. Outside of the coaching programs technology that is needed for your offering the things you need in a minimum viable product include:

  • The coaching agreement that the cleint signs

  • The certifications and accreditations that are required for you to be in the coaching profession

  • Errors and Omissions insurance

  • A legal corporate entity to do busniess as

  • A method of billing, collecting payment and accounting for expenses and income

Agile Development comes to Coaching

In the 90’s I started managing software development projects using agile development techniques.  I have applied that technique to coaching and supporting coaches in starting their practice.
