We define an affordable way of putting the sales process into place

Knowing what to purchase can drive coaches crazy

Every day the average coach’s email box is filled with multiple emails about how to grow a coaching practice.  You need this magic tool or that new program to take.  You need passive income components. You need a flux capacitor and you have to promise a stairway to heaven.  Truth be told, you might need all of them, but you need your minimum viable product to start out with.
Here are three things you don’t need to do:
  • Developing passive income components before their time

  • Buying one more certification badge for your website

  • Writing blogs to yourself

What is the Minimum Viable Product for a coach?

The term Minimum Viable Product is the smallest complete product that your client requires to have a completely successful coaching experience. Outside of the coaching programs technology that is needed for your offering the things you need in a minimum viable product include:

  • The coaching agreement that the cleint signs

  • The certifications and accreditations that are required for you to be in the coaching profession

  • Errors and Omissions insurance

  • A legal corporate entity to do busniess as

  • A method of billing, collecting payment and accounting for expenses and income

Agile Development comes to Coaching

In the 90’s I started managing software development projects using agile development techniques.  I have applied that technique to coaching and supporting coaches in starting their practice. Agile Development uses sprints of work efforts.  The On-Core Ventures Authentic Launch Process uses core technologies and rapid prototyping of your website and business processes.  The technology components include:

  • A WordPress website created in this theme – Avada

  • Active Campaign for marketing automation – lead magnets and newsletters

  • G-suite for Google for email and office management

  • Active Campaign for CRM – managing the Customer Experience

  • Canva for eBook creation and publication
